ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
Looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to join an intimate, ambitious team. You will fulfill full-time secretarial- and administrative work at the offices of HDS Cloud Accounting based in Sasolburg in the Free State.
Typical responsibilities of the job include

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency

Answering calls, taking messages and handling e-mail correspondence

Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Managing customer databases and prioritising workloads

Implementing efficient procedures and administrative systems

Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
-
Processing bills or expenses
-
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Requirements and skills
-
Proven experience as an office administrator, secretary, office assistant or relevant
-
Outstanding communication (Fluent in English and Afrikaans), organizational and interpersonal abilities

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-
Qualifications in secretarial studies or Xero knowledge and -experience will be an advantage
